Jason is a life long resident of Shallowater. He joined the fire department in 2012. Jason is employed by JST Concrete. He graduated from the Wolfforth Fire Academy in 2013. Jason is a State Fireman's and Fire Marshal's Association Firefighter II. He is a Texas Commission on Fire Protection Basic Firefighter. Jason was the recipient of the firefighter of the year award for his dedication to fire department in 2012. Jason is married to his wife Stacey, and together they have 5 children Zachary, Macey, Kayley, Paris and Blaze. Jason can be contact at jwhite@shallowatertx.us

Jordan is a life long resident of the Shallowater Community. As a young man, Lieutenant Rackler aspired to be a volunteer firefighter. He joined the department in 2002, as soon as he was old enough to become a member. Jordan has served in several different roles on the department, from being a firefighter to serving in various officer positions. He promoted to Lieutenant in 2019. Lieutenant Rackler attended South Plains College where he received an Associates Degree in Agriculture. He loves serving the community as a volunteer fireman, being able to help others, along with his fellow firefighter friends. Jordan's other passion in life is farming. He is a 5th generation farmer at Rackler Farms. Jordan has three children, Justin, Emerson, John.
Lieutenant Clair became a resident of Shallowater in 2012. That same year he joined the Shallowater Fire Department while attending the Wolfforth Fire Academy. Garrett graduated and was hired by Lubbock Fire Rescue in 2014 where he serves as a firefighter and a member of the heavy rescue team. Lt. Clair holds numerous firefighter certifications including a Texas Commission on Fire Protection Structural Firefighter certification and a Pumper-Drive/Operator certification. He is a Texas Department of State Health Services EMT-Basic, a type II wildland firefighter, and a confined space technician. Garrett is a State Firefighter's and Fire Marshal's Association Firefighter II, and a Draeger Flashover Instructor. He also serves on the TIFMAS team. He promoted to Lieutenant in 2017. Captain Banks moved to Shallowater in May 2013. He previously lived in Mineola, Texas where he was a volunteer firefighter for 6 years. Aaron joined Lubbock Fire Rescue in 2012 where he works at Fire Station #2. Aaron is a Texas Commission on Fire Protection Basic Firefighter and a Texas Department of State Health Services EMT-Basic. Lieutenant Banks is a State Fireman's and Fire Marshal's Association Firefighter II. Aaron and his wife Josie have three daughters, Autumn, Gracie, and Kenzie. Bryce Muller moved to Shallowater in 2004 after graduating from Amherst High School. He joined the fire department in May of 2005. This lead him to take a position as a fire apparatus repair technician. He has since worked his way to being the regional service manager for Siddons-Martin Emergency Group. He assists in all areas of fire equipment services throughout West Texas and New Mexico. Bryce graduated from Wolfforth Fire Academy in 2009. He has continued teaching at local fire schools in the auto extrication class. He is married to Casie Muller and has 3 children. Daughters Keadyn and Avery and son Micah. Chief Buck is a life long resident of Shallowater. He began volunteering for the SFD in 2000, following in his father's foot steps, who was the fire chief in Shallowater for 30 years. He promoted through the ranks serving as a lieutenant and as the training chief before being appointed as the fire chief in 2012. Chief Buck works for Lubbock Fire Rescue as a Truck Captain at Fire Station #1 where he is a member of the Heavy Rescue Team. He is a member of the South Plains Incident Management Team and serves as the training coordinator for the Lubbock TIFMAS team. He has degrees from South Plains College, A.A.S. in Fire Technology and a B.A.A.S in Emergency Management Administration from West Texas A&M University. Cory is a State Fireman's and Fire Marshal's Association certified Firefighter II. He is a Texas Commission on Fire Protection certified Master Firefighter, Incident Safety Officer, Fire Officer II, Hazardous Materials Technician, Master Fire Service Instructor III, Driver Operator, and Intermediate Wildland Firefighter.
